i enjoyed this arc sm, i was really excited to see nami's backstory and it didn't disappoint. seeing her come to realize that she has genuine friends in the straw hat crew was so touching. i especially love the emphasis that they put on nami and luffy's growing bond like when he gave her his hat and when he insisted on destroying the room. those scenes made me so emotional :') the look on her face and her reactions transmitted well into my feeble, emotional heart haha
